Support Mr. Marty's Donors Choose project: Softball Equipment
DonorsChoose.com is a crowdsourcing website for public school projects, and right now two of our teachers have campaigns up.
Mr. Marty physical education teacher, is hoping to buy equipment for an after school softball club.
Dick's Sporting Goods are offering to match haf of this project. But the project will only get funded only if the campaigns raise their target amounts. For this reason, the PTA provides $100 in seed funding to our teachers' DonorsChoose campaigns.

Sunday, February 7: Help Paint Our Mural!
PSC has been working with IntegrateNYC4Me, a non-profit organization dedicated to reversing segregation in New York City public schools, to create a mural for our school. Students have come up with a design and now they're ready to put it on our walls. Painting will happen this Sunday, from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m., and all volunteers are welcome. Meet in Ms. Jaffe's room, and wear clothes that you don't mind getting messy

Take the Cookbook Pledge
The PSC Cookbook/Story Project wants to hear that you PLAN to submit a recipe/story! You don't have to send it in yet (but you certainly can), but we want you to let us know of your intention to do so. Send an email to cookbook@pscollegiate.org to say you plan to send something in, and we can get back to you! Just a quick email to say "yes" is fine. Recipes need not be original, and you don't have to be a cook! Recipes do not have to reflect your family heritage, but they can
